Abstract | In this article we explored the self-similarity of criminal procedure. We also described the fractal structure of the criminal process. We propose to use mathematical analysis algorithms of fractal (self-similar) criminal procedural structures to automate the processing of email criminal procedural information. By these means we will create a basis for electronic procedural control. |
